Yiannis Fotopoulus and Nolan Laperche combined on a three-hitter to propel Flood Ford past South Kingstown/Narragansett, 7-2.

Blake Lukens paced the offense with two doubles, a walk, and one run batted in. In addition, Cam Daley had two hits.

Slocum Baseball Club cane from behind to beat Warwick PAL, 6-5!

Ronan Gately clubbed a walk-off two-run double to lift Slocum to their second win of the season. Rocco Coseglia earned the win in one inning of relief.

Gately had three RBI’s on the day. Also, Joe Donnelly had an rbi single and Hunter Hornstein was 2/2 (one double). Jaiden Maxwell chipped in with a single and a run scored.

Dylan Perrault was 2/4 with a double and three RBI’s for Warwick PAL.

Jack Colvin and Tony DeLuca combined for 10 strikeouts, while only giving up only two runs on four hits in a 3-2 win for Warwick PAL.

Offensively, Colvin doubled, while DeLuca drove in a run.

Flood Ford picked up an opportunistic win over Warwick PAL when Drew McCaffrey (and Dylan Poloski) reached on an infield single and later scored on infield error with one out in the bottom of the seventh inning.

Pitchers Braeden Daley and Blake Lukens combined to give up only three runs for Flood.

In their opening game, Slocum Baseball Club’s offense was dominant in a 13-1 victory over SK/Narragansett.

Willem Andrews led the 16-hit Slocum attack going 3/4 with 3 RBI. In addition, Xavier Baker (2/2, one double and two runs score), Ronnie Gately (one two-run triple) and Danny Swanson (one two-run triple) also had key blasts.

Andrews earned the win on the mound, striking out seven batters and allowing just one run on three hits. Rocco Coseglia struck out four batters in two innings of scoreless relief.
